频率特性测试仪系统研究

摘要

一般来说，在电路测试中，都会检测其频率特性，因为其频率特性主要表现的是电路中的放大器的放大效果与输入信号所发出频率间的联系。本文主要介绍了频率特性测试仪的一些主要的测量原理和组成结构，最后又根据该频率测试仪的发展历程分析了其发展前景，以供广大同行参考一二。%In general,in circuit testing,it will test its frequency characteristics,because the frequency characteristics of the main performance of the amplifier in the circuit amplifier effect and the input signal frequency of the issue.This paper mainly introduces some of the main measuring principle and the structure of the frequency characteristic tester.Finally,according to the development course of the frequency measuring instrument,the development prospect is analyzed.
