不同术式治疗伴骨质疏松股骨粗隆间骨折的效果分析

Objective:This paper compares the application of dynamic hip screw and proximal femoral intramedullary nailing surgery treatment of osteoporosis in patients with the clinical curative effect of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods: From May 2011 - May 2014 hospital treatment of osteoporosis in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture of 70 people, adopt the method of randomized divided into observation group and control group.Results: 12 months after surgery in patients with two groups of return visit, the observation group of patients with operation time, blood loss, such as trafifc, signiifcantly lower than the control group, signiifcant difference (P<0.05), and at the same time observation group of patients was higher than that of control group, the signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA surgery in the treatment of osteoporosis of intertrochanteric fracture disease, worth clinical promotion and application.%目的：本文简要对比了应用动力髋螺钉手术及股骨近端髓内钉手术治疗患者骨质疏松股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2011年5月-2014年5月入院接受治疗的骨质疏松股骨粗隆间骨折患者70例，采用随机分组的方法将其划分成观察组与对照组。结果：对两组患者手术后12个月进行回访，观察组患者的手术时间、出血量、引流量等明显低于对照组，差异明显(P<0.05)，同时观察组患者的优良率高于对照组，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：PFNA手术在治疗骨质疏松股骨粗隆间骨折疾病时，值得临床推广及应用。
