超声在剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠诊治中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨超声对剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠诊治中的作用。方法：先利用超声对患者进行检查，初步拟定保守治疗方法。经过10 d的药物治疗后，分析患者的临床疗效。结果：经过超声检测后，12例患者显示所患病为单纯孕囊型，8例患者显示所患病为不均质团块型。患者经过10 d的药物治疗，再次复查时发现，有15例患者保守治疗成功，可以在超声的引导下进行清宫术，有5例患者保守治疗失败，需要进行子宫修补术。结论：超声在剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠的判断诊治和治疗方案调整上起很大作用，可以做进一步研究。%Objective:To investigate the ultrasound on the role of diagnosis and treatment of uterine incision pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods:Using the ultrasonic inspection on patients ifrst, preliminary to conservative treatment.
