青光眼白内障联合手术右眼临床回顾分析

摘要

目的：评价青光眼白内障手术右眼手术的临床效果。方法：对于2012年6月-2013年6月的420例右眼青光眼合并白内障患者行表面麻醉小切口术，观察麻醉效果与术后情况。结果：术中有38例患者的疼痛感需要滴加麻药，其余患者能够很好的配合行术。在随诊6~12个月，术后有360例患者的视力大于0.3，而310只眼睛眼压小于20 mmHg，视野无进行性损害。结论：行表面麻醉小切口术能够有效的治疗青光眼合并白内障，而且手术安全、有效，具有临床推广的价值。%Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of glaucoma and cataract eye surgery.Methods: For the June 2012 to June 2013 of 420 cases of glaucoma with cataract eye surface anesthesia small incision surgery, anesthesia and postoperative observation of the situation. Results: There are 38 cases of intraoperative pain patients require dropping anesthetic, the patient can be very good with the rest of the line art. In the follow-up 6-12 months, postoperative visual acuity 360 cases of greater than 0.3, and 310 eye IOP less than 20 mm Hg, no progressive vision damage.Conclusion: Line topical anesthesia small incision surgery can effectively treat glaucoma and cataract, and surgery is safe, effective and clinically valuable promotion.
