摘要

In recent years, with the continuous development of immunology, new immunosuppressant appeared continuously. This article summarized the discovery process,with aim to provide certain reference to explore new immunosuppressive medication with highly effective and low side effect.%近年来，随着免疫学的不断发展，新型免疫抑制剂不断问世，本文综述了近年来广泛应用于临床的免疫抑制剂的研究进展，以期为合理选用免疫抑制类药物和开发高效低毒的新型免疫抑制剂提供一定的参考。
