基于SOA的气象数据共享平台研究

         

摘要

针对我国气象数据异构、分散、缺乏共享及共享范围局限等问题,以及传统气象数据共享平台在可互操作性、可拓展性和存储性能上遇到的瓶颈问题.结合云计算,分布式存储,Web Service等先进技术,采用面向服务的SOA架构,提出了一种基于SOA的气象数据共享平台.与传统气象数据共享平台相比,平台将数据共享核心业务封装成一系列的Web服务,可实现各类异域异构气象数据资源的共享及注册服务,第三方软件可以直接进行集成和调用.通过采用面向服务的SOA架构,可以更好的实现松散耦合性、易维护性和互操作性.通过基于云上分布式NoSQL存储技术,可以节约硬件服务器资源,提高效能比,提升服务质量.该平台的设计可为构建我国大型综合性气象数据共享平台的建设提供一种新技术思路.%For the problems of heterogeneous, dispersed, lack of sharing and limited scope of shared meteorological data in our country, and the bottleneck of traditional meteorological data sharing platform in interoperability, expansibility and storage performance. Combining advanced technologies such as cloud computing, distributed storage, and Web Services, and adopting a service-oriented SOA architecture, a meteorological data sharing platform based on SOA was proposed. Compared with the traditional meteorological data sharing platform, the platform encapsulates the core business of data sharing into a series of web services, which can realize the sharing and registration of various heterogeneous meteorological data resources. The third release software can directly integrate and invoke.By adopting a service oriented SOA architecture, loose coupling, easy maintenance, and interoperability can be achieved better. Through distributed NoSQL storage technology based on the cloud, hardware server resources can be saved, efficiency ratio can be improved, and service quality can be improved.The design of the platform can provide a new technology idea for the construction of China's large-scale integrated meteorological data sharing platform.
