视频会商中心建设关键问题研究

摘要

省级政府部门建设视频会商中心成为一种趋势，成为政府部门提高工作效率，提升政府形象的重要举措。本文对省级政府部门建设视频会商中心的实际需求进行了分析，需要实现的主要功能进行了描述，对建设中涉及的大屏幕类型、高清视频、数字音频、信号传输模式及承栽网络等核心技术问题的当前主流技术进行了对比分析。并对其适用性做了结论性的意见，对政府部门建设视频会商中心具有参考意义和实践价值。%Nowadays, it becomes a trend that the provincial government departments build video conference centers to improve work efficiency and the image of government. This paper carried out the actual needs of the video conference centers in provincial government departments, described the main functions, and analyzed the current mainstream technology of the core technical problems including the large screen, high-definition video, digital audio, signal transmission mode and the network involved in the construction. It also gave the conclusive suggestion on the applicability of the video conference centers of government departments, which has much reference significance and practical value.
