热镀锌工艺中助镀剂温度监控系统设计

         

摘要

为了实现热镀锌工艺中,对助镀剂温度的实时监测和控制,设计了一种基于单片机的温度监控系统。系统以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,利用新型一线制温度传感器DS18820测量温度值,用液晶显示器LCD1602显示并实现助镀剂温度的监控和报警处理。根据工程需要设定测温范围为60-70℃,测量精度为0.5℃。用户可以自定义报警上、下限,一旦温度超过极限值,单片机便启动蜂鸣器报警及继电器执行电路。实践证明该系统精度高、报警及时、工作稳定、成本低,有较好的实用价值。%In order to monitor and control temperature of the galvanizing aid in the hot-dip galvanizing process timely,a kind of Temperature Monitoring System based on AT89S52 Single-chip is presented in this paper. The system for the control of the core is SCM AT89S52, LCD1602 is used to display,the temperature sensors DS18B20 is used to measure temperature and this system can realize the galvanizing aid temperature monitor and alarm. The temperature range of the system is 60-70 ~C ,the measurement accuracy is 0.5 ~C.The user can custom the limits of the system's alarm,when the temperature overruned the limits, the warning and the relay start. It is proved that this system is of high-precision,alarms timely ,works stably,low-cost, There are good practical value for this system.
