日用电器的电气间隙和爬电距离的检验

         

摘要

电气间隙和爬电距离是电器产品中一项重要的安全检测项目,但在实际测量中,不同的测量者由于测量工具选择不当或测量路径选择不当往往得出不同的测量结果。阐述了怎样正确选用测量工具来测量电器的电气间隙和爬电距离;并依据GB4706.1-2005,分析了测量电气间隙和爬电距离的测量路径,确定了其标准限值。实践证明,所采用的检验方法是高效率、低成本、易实施的符合标准要求的检验方法。%Electrical clearance and creepage distance is an important electrical products safety testing program,but in actual measurement,different measurement tools or inappropriate choice of the measurement path were selected often to obtain different measurement results.The program explains how to properly use measuring tools to measure the electrical clearance and creepage distance;and based on GB4706.1-2005,the measured electrical clearance and creepage distance measurement path is analyzed to determine its standard limit.Practice has proved that,using the test method is highly efficient,low-cost,easy to implement the requirements of standard test methods.
