基于虚拟仪器及数据采集卡的转动惯量测试系统设计

         

摘要

为了满足物体转动惯量测试的需求,基于虚拟仪器技术,利用数据采集卡及LABVIEW软件设计开发了转动惯量测试系统。该系统利用数据采集卡采集由光电传感器产生的电压脉冲信号,将采集到的电压信号送至测试计算机,由测试计算机分析处理得到被测物体转动惯量。由于该测试系统不需要单独制作电路板,故降低了成本,减少了研发周期。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、通用性好、测试准确、搭建简单的特点,达到了设计要求。%In order to satisfy the requirement of the moment of inertia test,the test system based on virtual instrument technology is designed by data acquisition card and LabVIEW software. The test system uses data acquisition card to collect voltage pulse signal produced by photoelectric sensor,then passes the voltage pulse signal to the test computer,at last the moment of inertia of the tested object is acquired after the processing and analysis by the computer. As circuit board is not needed to be made alone in this test system, the cost is reduced and the research period is shortened. The practical application shows that this test system is featured by easy operation,good generality,exact testing and simple building. It achieves the designing requirement.
