交错并联双向DC/DC变换器中耦合电感的设计与仿真

         

摘要

针对交错并联变换器中的多相电感集成,提出一种"EEEE"型耦合电感,通过分析耦合电感的磁通分布,建立了磁路模型,给出了自感、漏感和互感的计算公式和耦合电感的设计方法."EEEE"型耦合电感增加了磁路气隙的数量,磁压分布更加均匀,与传统铁心电感器相比显著减小了磁路的电磁损耗、电磁干扰和线圈的涡流损耗,且增大了窗口面积.通过三维有限元仿真,验证磁路模型的有效性.%An "EEEE" shape coupled inductor is proposed for integrated multiphase inductors in staggered parallel converter. According to analysis of the magnetic flux distribution , the magnetic circuit model of coupled inductor is established, including a design method and related equations for self-inductance, the leakage inductance and mutual inductance. Compared with the traditional iron core inductors, the "EEEE" shape coupled inductor, with its high air gap flux density, distributes the magnetic pressure more evenly, which not only increases the window area,but also effectively reduces the electromagnetic loss, the electromagnetic interference and the eddy current loss. And validation of the magnetic circuit model proposed in this paper is achieved through a 3D finite element simulation.
