煤矿井下低压电网谐波检测分析装置研制

         

摘要

本文针对煤矿井下电能质量问题,通过煤矿谐波分析,结合煤矿生产实际,研究设计了基于傅里叶变换和小波变换的谐波检测算法,设计了谐波检测硬件电路和分析软件,最终形成了一套煤矿井下低压电网谐波检测分析装置.通过仿真测试,该装置谐波参数测量结果基本达到国家标准要求.该装置的研发为煤矿谐波检测提供了手段,为掌握煤矿低压电网谐波规律、评估矿井电网电能质量提供了技术支持.%In view of the power quality problem of coal mines , by harmonic analysis and combined with actual productions, the paper designs the harmonic detection algorithm based on Fourier transform and wavelet transform, and designs the harmonic detection hardware circuit design and the analysis software, finally it formed a set of harmonic detection analysis device in the coal mine with low voltage power grid. Through the simulation test, the results of harmonic parameters measurement from this device are basically meets the requirements of national standards. The research and development of this device provided the harmonic detection methods for coal mine , and offered the technical supports for mastering the harmonic rule of low voltage power grid and evaluating the power quality of power grid in coal mines.
