基于PCI总线的卫星用陀螺仪测试系统设计与实现

         

摘要

为了全面测试某新型号卫星用陀螺仪,设计开发了一种基于PCI总线的卫星用陀螺仪测试系统,并完成了系统的软硬件设计.该系统能够根据操作人员的预先配置信息控制三轴转台按照卫星真实运动轨迹运动,进而模拟陀螺仪的工作环境.可以设置陀螺仪工作参数,接收处理陀螺仪的测量数据,并且实时同步接收转台控制台测得的位置、角速率等信息,通过比较两者数据,得到陀螺仪的精度、灵敏度、可靠性等指标.实际应用表明,该系统工作性能良好,可靠性高,达到了设计要求.%In order to test the gyroscope used in the satellite completely,the Gyroscope of Satellite test system based on PCI bus is designed in this paper. In order to simulate the workplace of gyroscope.a three-axis turntable is designed to rotate according to the real motion trail of satellites under information configured by testers.The data about position and angular rate of the three-axis turntable would be measured by gyroscope and controller of the turntable synchronously. And then the precision,sensitivity and reliability of gyroscope can be tested by comparing the data measured by two devices.The experiment and application show that this test system has good performance,high reliability,and achieve the design requirement.
