基于一种并联型的可自动进行同步开关电压翻转的自供能压电能量收集接口电路:并联型SP-SSHI,设计并实现一种用于低功耗无线传感器供电的压电能量收集系统.实验表明,在外部无规律振动激励下,并联型SP-SSHI与传统的无源桥式整流电路,平均能量收集功率分别为289 μW和49 μW,前者相对于后者提升接近5倍.而相对于传统单频正弦谐振激励,并联型SP-SSHI有更显著的效俘能效率的提升.基于该电路所设计的压电能量收集系统,在不额外使用传感器、微控制器和外部供电的条件下,实现为蓝牙无线温度传感器温度传感与无线收发不间断供电.%This article proposes a piezoelectric energy harvesting system based on the parallel version of self-powered synchronized switching on harvesting(SP-SSHI)for powering a low power wireless sensor. Experiment results showed that under irregular vibration,the average harvested power of SP-SSHI and convectional bridge rectifier are 289μW and 49μW respectively,which results in an approximately 5 times improvement. Without external sensors,micro-controller and power supply,A Bluetooth wireless temperature sensor can be continuously powered by the proposed piezoelectric energy harvesting system.
