Nanocrystals of up-conversion phosphor Er3+ and Yb3+ co-doped In2O3 were prepared by combustion method. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the products are pure cubic phase, while transmission electron microscopy measurements confirm the particles size is 80-100 nm. Under 980 nm excitation, the spectral peaks centered at 525 nm, 555 nm (green light) and 662 nm (red light), corresponding to2H11/2/4S3/2→4I15/2 and4F9/2→4I15/2 transitions of Er3+ ions, respectively. The impact of doping concentration of Er3+/Yb3+ions, calcining temperature and calcining time on the up-conversion luminescence intensity were discussed.%采用燃烧法制备了Yb3+和Er3+共掺的In2O3纳米晶。用X射线衍射和透射电镜对样品的结构和形貌进行了分析,结果表明,该粉体为纯立方相In2O3结构,颗粒尺寸为80~100 nm;该粉体在980 nm近红外激发下发射出中心波长为525 nm和555 nm的绿光、662 nm的红光,分别对应于Er3+的2H11/2/4S3/2→4I15/2和4F9/2→4I15/2跃迁;研究了Er3+/Yb3+掺杂浓度、煅烧温度和煅烧时间等制备条件对In2O3:Er3+, Yb3+纳米晶的上转换发光强度的影响。
