基片集成波导双极化环形缝隙天线研究

         

摘要

Based on the substrate integrated waveguide structure,a high isolation dual-polarized antenna was presented.On the front side of the antenna,an annular slot with the diameter of λ0/2 was etched and acted as the radiator.TM11 was selected as the operation mode for the circular SIW cavity.The interdigital capacitors at the center of the back side reduced the electrical size of the cavity by approximately 7%.The antenna was fed by two ports respectively through a pair of orthogonal microstrip lines.The designed antenna operates on the band of 5.8 GHz with the-10 dB impedance bandwidth of about 1.7%.The simulated maximum gain is 8.5 dBi and the ports isolation is higher than 35 dB.The experiment result shows that the proposed dual polarized antenna operates with high isolation and high gain,which is suitable for MIMO wireless communication system.%基于基片集成波导(Siw)结构,提出了一种具有高端口隔离度的双极化缝隙天线.天线正面蚀刻一个直径约为λ0/2的环型缝隙作为辐射源,工作于圆形SIW谐振腔的主模TM11;背面中心位置蚀刻微带交指电容,使SIW腔体电尺寸减小了约7%;采用一对正交微带线分别由两个端口为天线馈电.所设计的天线谐振在5.8 GHz频段,-10 dB阻抗带宽为1.7%,最大增益为8.5 dBi,端口隔离度高于35dB.测试结果表明,该双极化天线具有高隔离度、高增益的特点,可用于MIMO等无线通信系统中.
