通过对温度的测量和控制原理的理论研究,提出了一种基于红外温度传感器的简易温度控制系统的设计方案。由于数据的采集、计算以及控制可方便的由数据采集卡和计算机来完成,而无需再另行设计,故着重对这种温度测量控制系统的热电式红外温度传感器、测量电路、驱动保护电路、执行器、加热装置和电源等部分的实现原理及设计思路进行了比较详细的分析。所设计的整个温度测量控制系统结构简单,成本低,易于实现,可对物体的表面温度进行较好地测量与控制。%Through researching the principle of the temperature measurement and control,the simple temper ature control system based on the infrared temperature sensor is designed.The data acquisition card can finish the task of the data collection,the calculation and the control,so it is not necessary to design other parts.The princi ples and design methods of the thermoelectric infrared temperature sensor,the measurement circuit,the drive pro tection circuit,the actuator,the heating device and the power supply are analyzed.The whole temperature mea surement and control system is a simple structure,a low cost and easily realized.The system can measure and control the surface temperature of the objects well.
