The shock-resistant dynamic characteristic is the main user-focused capability of the shipborne equipment.Because of absence of actual test conditions for the shock-resistant capability,the shock-resistant strength of a shipborne array antenna is computed and analyzed with ANSYS software based on the dynamic design analysis method(DDAM) according to GJB1060.1—1991.Then on the basis of the simulation result and the Von Mises failure theory,the safety evaluation is carried out for the radar array antenna.Some suggestions on the structure optimization design are also proposed.The results demonstrate that the shock-resistant strength of the array antenna satisfies the shock design value.The results also provide a valuable reference for the optimization design of the follow-up shipborne equipment.%舰载设备的抗冲击能力是备受使用方关注的性能之一。文中针对某舰载雷达阵面不具备实物抗冲击试验条件的情况,按GJB1060.1—1991要求,应用ANSYS软件对该雷达阵面进行了基于动力学设计分析方法(DDAM)的抗冲击强度分析,根据仿真结果和Von Mises失效理论,对雷达阵面进行了安全性能整体评估,并对结构优化设计提出了一些改进意见。计算结果表明,该阵面结构整体满足设备抗冲击设计要求。该结果可以作为后续舰载设备优化设计的有益参考。
