Ever since the last World War,our world has been facedwith many challenges.The atmospheric pollution,acidrain,ozonosphere damage,environmental deterioration and the con-tinuous reduction of biological species have become common con-cerns of the present world community.It is more and more clearlyrecognized that the worsening global environmental deteriorationhas endangered the living and development of whole mankind.
