On November 23-24, 2006, the "Forum on Harmonious Power," famed as a meeting of mobilizing and pledging mass effort to construct harmonious power industry, was grandly held in Beijing. All big power bosses attended the Forum. Since separation of power plants from power grids, it was the first time that power industry appeared as a closely tightened group and earnestly declared and solemnly promised to construct harmonious power for the society. Mr. Wang Yeping, Vice-Chairman of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, presented a keynote address on the Forum. Here is an abridgement of the address.
