电动汽车交流充电控制导引系统设计

         

摘要

针对国内电动汽车交流充电桩旧接口的GB/T 20234一致性改造情况,以及由于标准理解偏差导致新充电接口充电不可靠的问题,文章解析了国标GB/T 20234控制导引的原理和检测判断参量,设计了基于低功耗芯片STM32 F103 R6控制导引系统。系统通过PWM控制器及波形调制电路实现标准PWM波形输出,通过三级状态检测判断实现充电流程的控制。该系统满足国标控制导引的功能要求,具备低功耗、信号安全隔离、串口通信,预留USB接口和显示接口,可以作为交流充电桩的独立控制导引模块,对于交流桩新产品的开发和旧产品的改造都具有一定的现实意义。%According to the situation of the old AC charging coupler consistency transformation based on GB/T 20234 and the poor charging reliability of the new coupler due to standard understanding deviation, the paper analyzes the principle and judgment parameters of the control pilot in GB/T 20234 , and designs a control pilot system based on the low power microchip STM32 F103 R6 . The system can output the standard PWM waveform by PWM controller and waveform modulation circuit, and control the charging process by the three-level state testing and judging. The system satisfies the control pilot functional requirements of GB/T 20234 with low power consumption, signal security isola-tion, serial communication, and reservation for USB and display interfaces. It can be used as an independent control pilot module of the AC charging spot, and has practical significance for new product development and old product im-provement.
