基于图像亚像素二次定位的电缆护套厚度精确测量

         

摘要

Image measurement technique has been a new high-performance measurement technology in recent years, it occupies an increasingly important position in the measurement field.It has been widely used in geometry measure-ment field because of its advantages of non-contact, high accuracy, and high speed.This paper puts forward an im-proved Sobel edge detection technique and proposed a new sub-pixel edge detection algorithm based on the Gaussian-Hermite moments.Then it was applied in the cable sheath material thickness measurement system and achieved a pre-cise and fast measurement.%图像测量技术作为一种新兴的高性能测量技术,近年来在测量领域中占据越来越重要的地位。它具有非接触,精度高,速度快等优点,如今已广泛被用在几何尺寸测量领域。文中提出了一种改进的Sobel边缘检测技术和一种基于Gaussian-Hermite矩的亚像素重定位算法,并在电缆护套材料厚度测量系统中应用这两种算法,实现快速、精确测量。
