基于风电场功率波动与限风特性的混合储能容量配置方法

         

摘要

With the increasing scale of wind power connection in China , the high penetration wind power variation can degrade the safe operation of power grid , meanwhile , the dispatching ability restricts the wind power grid , which cau-ses wind curtailment in large area .Allocating the hybrid energy storage system can decrease power fluctuation effec-tively and ease the wind abandon problem .Firstly, based on the statistic characteristic of wind power fluctuation and the wind curtailment data , this paper determined the fluctuating component and principle of scene division by the sta -tistical result .Meanwhile , considering the power fluctuations smoothing , power benefit by reduced wind curtailment , investment cost , this paper solved the model by using optimization algorithm to determine the capacity of the hybrid energy storage system .Finally , the case study results show that wind power fluctuation under 10 minutes will be limit-ed to 15%of installed capacity and reduced wind curtailment as well .It also verified the economical efficiency and feasibility of the proposed method .%我国风电并网规模逐年增大,高渗透率下的风电功率波动威胁电网的运行安全,同时电网调节能力不足导致"弃风限电"问题升级.在风电场配置混合储能系统可有效平抑功率波动并缓解弃风问题.基于风电场功率波动与限风数据的统计特性,分别确定功率型储能系统所需平抑的波动分量和能量型储能系统多场景工作划分原则.提出一种综合考虑风电功率波动平抑效果、减少弃风的经济效益与储能工程总投入成本的混合储能系统优化配置方法.最后通过算例分析表明,此方法可确保风电场最大功率波动10 min不超装机容量15%的前提下有效减少弃风,且收获较好的经济效益,从而验证其有效性与经济性.
