装载机铲斗焊接转胎设计及应用

摘要

装载机铲斗部件中耳座、垫板、筋板等零件较多,造成焊缝多、短、杂；又因铲斗体积、质量较大,焊接过程中需要翻转,使得人工焊接比较困难,因此设计了焊接转胎,实现焊接过程自动变位,以降低人工操作强度,提高生产效率和焊接质量.%When producing loaders,due to more loader's bucket parts such as pad,tendons,ear plate etc,leading to more,miscellaneous welding questions, and also due to big bucket volume, weight, the manual welding process is hard when bucket necessary for overturn, so designing the welding positioner,realize welding process to be automatic positioning,to reduce labor intensity,improve the production efficiency and the quality of welding.
