充电式电动工具中锂电池组及其相关技术的研究

摘要

针对各种便携式设备和工具中锂离子电池的使用，以直流无绳工具为重点，对锂电池组的主要组成部分保护板、充电器以及电池组装的相关技术进行较详细的分析，对生产过程中的关键参数和测试要点作了研究。%In recent years, the Lithium battery had developed rapidly, and has been playing an irreplaceable role in a variety of portable devices and tools. In this paper, the main components of Lithium-ion batteries, and related technologies of protection board, charger, also the battery assembly were analyzed in detail according to the DC cordless tools. In addition, the key parameters and test points in the production process were studied.
