电厂工业废水处理后回用于脱硫工艺水的试验研究

         

摘要

In order to improve the utilization rate of the entire plant water resources,the quality of treated industrial wastewater in one thermal power plant of Hebei Province is compared with the quality requirements of desulfurization process water,which concludes that they are quite close to each other.Since the amount of the treated industrial wastewater accounts for only 7% of the total desulfurization process water,it is decided to use it as desulfurization process water.To further eliminate the risks and make the utilization plan properly,the on-site testing study is carried out.The results show that the desulfurization system runs normally after the treated industrial wastewater is served as the influent water for desulfurization.Meanwhile,this system has a desulfurization efficiency of no less than 95%.The slurry density maintains at 1 130 kg/m3 during the operation process.The water ratio of the gypsum as the desulfurization byproduct is about 10%,and the weight percentage of CaCO3 is less than 3%.The purity of CaSO4· 2H2O is above 90%,which satisfies the market requirements for the quality of gypsum.Therefore,the treated industrial wastewater is eligible to be reused in desulfurization process.%为提高全厂水资源利用率,河北某电厂对处理后的电厂工业废水水质与脱硫工艺用水水质要求进行比较,发现二者较为接近;该厂处理后的工业废水量仅占脱硫工艺用水总量的7%,认为可将其用作脱硫工艺水.为进一步降低风险、制定合理的工业废水利用方案,进行了现场试验研究.试验结果表明,处理后的电厂工业废水用作脱硫工艺水后,脱硫系统运行正常;脱硫效率大于或等于95%;脱硫浆液密度维持在1 130kg/m3左右;脱硫副产品石膏的含水率基本保持在10%左右,CaCO3质量分数小于3%,CaSO4·2H2O纯度大于90%,符合市场对石膏品质的要求.据此,河北某电厂处理后的工业废水可回用于该厂脱硫系统.
