基于RPI值和多目标二进制BCC算法的配电网多故障恢复策略

         

摘要

鉴于配电网多故障频繁发生和配电网存在大量手动开关的问题,将有共享馈线的多故障分成2种情况并建立相应的故障恢复数学模型,该模型考虑手动开关动作最少及负荷失电敏感度.针对失电范围小的情况,提出了基于恢复可能性指标(RPI)值和多目标二进制细菌群体趋药性(BCC)算法的配电网多故障恢复策略;针对失电范围大的情况,首先进行负荷均衡化,然后采用上述策略,恢复过程中根据负荷失电敏感度顺序恢复供电.算例分析表明,所提方法计算速度快,不受种群大小的影响,能有效解决配电网多故障恢复问题.%As the multi-fault incidents happen frequently in distribution network and there are plentiful manual switches in distribution network,a service restoration strategy is proposed,which divides the multiple faults into two types according to the feeder-sharing condition, and two corresponding models are established with the consideration of the least manual switching and the load loss sensitivity. A service restoration strategy based on RPI(Restoration Possibility Index) and multi-objective binary BCC(Bacterial Colony Chemo-taxis) is put forward for small area blackout. For the large area blackout,the loads are balanced first,the proposed strategy is then applied to restore the loads according to their load loss sensitivity. Case analysis shows that,the proposed strategy restores the service effectively and quickly,immune to the population size.
