智能漏电断路器抗电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰研究

         

摘要

The generation mechanism of EFT/B(Electrical Fast Transient/Burst) and its effects on IRCCB (Intelligent Residual-Current-operated Circuit Breaker) are analyzed,and the integrated EFT/B suppression of IRCCB is presented,which enhances the high-frequency interference suppression by improving the topology of power-supply filter with ferrite beads;applies hardware isolation and shield countermeasures at the input, output and communication ports to optimize the wiring and layout of PCB;and adopts the software countermeasures such as digital filtering, software trap and data redundancy to suppress interferences. Test results show that,the peak EFT/B interference at 5 V power supply port of IRCCB is reduced about 80%, meeting the demands of electrical fast transient burst immunity test class 4. These countermeasures may be applicable to the EFT/B suppression research of similar devices without protective earthing.%在分析瞬变脉冲干扰产生机理及对智能漏电断路器影响的基础上,提出一种用于智能漏电断路器的电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰综合抑制方法,即通过改进电源滤波器结构,利用铁氧体磁珠增强其对高频干扰的抑制能力;并在智能漏电断路器的输入端口、输出端口和通信端口采取隔离和屏蔽措施,优化电路板布局、布线;同时,采用基于数字滤波、软件陷阱和数据冗余的软件抗干扰方法.实验结果表明,采取综合抑制方法后,进入断路器5V电源端的干扰信号幅值降低约80%,智能漏电断路器的抗干扰能力得到提高,可以满足EFT/B4级抗扰度试验的要求.同时,该方法还可为类似浮地(无保护接地)设备抗电快速瞬变脉冲群干扰的研究提供参考.
