基于PLC的构造物理模拟实验系统控制技术研究

         

摘要

构造物理模拟实验装置是集机械及电气于一体的实验系统,根据实验装置的运动功能,重点介绍了实验装置电气控制系统的总体方案设计,论述了控制系统的关键技术,从全局的角度以整个系统为对象进行优化组合,开发了基于可编程序控制器的分布式运动控制系统,结构明晰,各单元功能相对独立,便于维护,可靠性和控制精度高.运行实践表明,该实验装置电气控制系统有效地保障了实验的重复性和可靠性,该装置为构造物理模拟定量分析提供了有益的探索,使实验由定性向半定量、定量化发展,极大地扩展了地质工作者的实验模拟领域.%The tectophysics simulating experiment apparatus is an integrated electromechanical system used for geologic modeling experiment. According to the function realized by experiment apparatus mechanical loading unit,the thesis carry out the overall design plan of the electrical control system in detail,including the key technologies of the system. The distributed motion control system based on programmable controller is developed on the principle of optimization and combination. The design achieves the aim of easy operation, convenient maintenance,easy expansion and easy update. The practical operation of the apparatus developed by this thesis shows that,this apparatus can meet the requirements of geological structure simulation. The apparatus adopts AC servo, which secure the repeatability and reliability of the experiment. The innovation of the structure design, which makes positive research for the tectonic deformation quantitative analysis and judgment and leads the experiment to semi-quantitative level and quantitative level from qualitative level, extends the experimental simulating field of geologist largely.
