S7－1500系列PLC在顶驱电控系统中的应用

摘要

Aiming at the progressing of the national localization for the top drive control technology, a novel kind of top drive control system which adopts Siemens S7-1500 Series PLC as the main controller is presented. Proceeding from the composition of the top drive control system and the introduction to the functions, the hardware selection and the software design of the system, the applications of S7-1500 series PLC in the electric control system of top drive are described. The system has simple control circuit, safe and reliable characteristics and is easy for maintenance, and its HMI (human machine interface) communicating with PLC has fault information displaying and advanced access control setting functions.%介绍了一种在顶驱控制技术国产化的过程中采用S7－1500系列PLC作为主控制器的顶驱控制系统。从顶驱电控系统组成着手，通过功能介绍、硬件选型和软件设计，系统地阐述了S7－1500系列PLC在顶驱电控系统中的应用，该系统控制线路简单、安全可靠、便于维护，且与PLC通讯的HMI（人机界面）具有故障信息显示及高级控制权限的设置。
