“教学做合一”视野下的农村中小学教师培训初探

         

摘要

The theory of the integration of teaching,learning and doing is proposed by Tao Xing zhi in the process of criticizing the old ed- ucation and creating a new education. It not only has rich connotation,but also has five distinctive theoretical features: criticalness, innovative-hess, practical ness, subjectivity, and flexibility. So it has an important guiding sense for today' s teacher training in rural elementary and second- ary schools to deal with the problems, such as teaching ~ll follows the old routine,practical knowledge is comparatively too little,students' le- arning and doing is marginalized, etc. With the guidance of the theory,the training idea of the teacher training of rural elementary and secondary school must be changed,the enhancement of the ability of practice and innovation should be set as the goal,learner should become the centre, the local curriculum system on the basis of research should be developed, a combination of theoretical training and practical training curriculum systera should be established,the use of teaching method of research and retl~tion in practice should be used in order to realize the true inte- gration of teaching, learning and doing.%陶行知的"教学做合一"理论,是在批判旧教育开创新教育的过程中提出的,不仅内涵丰富,而且具有批判性、创新性、实践性、主体性、灵活性等五大鲜明的理论特征,对于当今农村中小学教师培训中存在的诸如因循守旧、实践性知识偏少、学员的学和做被置于边缘等问题具有重要的指导意义。在"教学做合一"理论的指导下,农村中小学教师培训要转变培训理念,以实践创新能力的培养为目标,以学员为中心,在调研的基础上开发具有乡土味的课程内容,建立理论培训与实践训练相结合的课程体系,重视运用在实践中研究和反思的教学方法,真正实现教学做合一。
