教师流动的微观影响因素--经济理论与美国实证研究

         

摘要

本文分析了与工作流动相关的经济理论模型,回顾了各理论模型在美国中小学教师流动微观影响因素实证研究中的应用。通过分析,发现美国教师流动实证研究总体上基于新古典经济学理论,影响教师流动的微观因素包括教师个体特征、工作特征、个体与工作匹配特征三大类,美国教师流动实证研究对理论的应用体现在构建分析框架、创建应用条件和讨论实证结果等方面。最后为我国开展教师流动研究提出了建议。%This study introduces and analyzes economic theories related to job turnover, reviews US empirical studies on teacher turnover in K-12 schools, and illustrates how these theoretical models are applied in US empirical studies. This study finds that in general US empirical studies on teacher turnover are based on neo-classical economic models, and teacher individual factors, job factors, and individual-job matching factors are three categories of micro-determinants of teacher turnover. In addition,in US empirical studies on teacher turnover,economic theories are integrated to build analytical frameworks,much attention are paid to underlying assumptions of theories, and theories are considered as the basis for discussion of empirical results. Finally, suggestions for Chinese teacher turnover research are provided.
