An Exploration of the Relationships between Data and Theory in Qualitative Research

摘要

This article has explored the relationships between data and theory in qualitative research from an enthnographic perspective. It has also explicated the discovery of theory from data systematically obtained from enthnographic research, the Participant Observation approach based on inductive logic, that is, grounded theory.
