基于皮格马利翁效应的90后大学生培养管理模式探讨

摘要

大学是人生教育成长中的重要转折点，面对成人的机遇与挑战，作为高职院校的辅导员应在学生管理、教育教学等多方面总结方法和技巧。结合学生管理实践，以及自身与学生相处的经验，总结基于皮格马利翁效应的信任关系的建立在大学生培养管理中的重要作用，并总结高职院校90后大学生呈现的特点，进而提出创新大学生培养管理模式的策略。%The university is an important turning point in life-educational growth.Facing the opportunity and challenge of being adult ,the tutor of vocational college should conclude the methods and skills of the student management and the educational teaching.Combining the practice of the student management with the experience of getting along with the students,the author summarizes the crucial influence of the construction of trust relationship in the class management,which is based on the Pygmalion Effect,and this paper summarizes the characteristics the post-90 generation students of bigher vocational colleges exhibit and then proposes the strategies of innovating college student management mode.
