农产品供应链节点知识共享行为的影响因素--基于MOA理论的建模与实证

摘要

在缺乏农产品供应链知识共享相关研究的背景下，文章以MOA理论为主框架，构建链节点知识共享行为影响因素的理论模型并进行实证。结果表明，农产品供应链节点在知识共享动机、机会和能力三方面的相关因素影响其共享行为。动机方面，节点的共享意愿正向影响其共享行为，共享意愿又受其在链中的地位及影响力、对共享带来收益的预期、与其他节点的信任关系三因素的正向影响，对知识重要性认知这一因素的负向影响；机会方面，节点的共享行为受链的稳定性、文化氛围和信息化程度三因素正向影响，链的稳定性又受链长负向影响；能力方面，节点的共享能力正向影响其共享行为，共享能力又受知识基础正向影响。基于这些结论，得出促进链节点间知识共享活动的管理启示。%In the context of little research on KS in ASC,the paper establishes a theoretical model of factors influencing nodes’ KS behaviors in ASC based on MOA theory,the relevant empirical analysis is conducted with questionnaire and structural equation modeling(SEM).The results show that factors influencing nodes’KS behaviors are mainly from sharing motivation,sharing opportunities,sharing capabilities. The nodes’KS intention has a positive influence on their KS behaviors,their perception to sharing benefits,status and influence in the chain and trust level between nodes have a positive influence on their KS intention, and their perception to knowledge importance has a negative influence on it;The ASC’s length has a significant negative influence on its stability and trust level between nodes;Furthermore,the nodes’KS behaviors are positively influenced by the chain’s stability,informatization level,cultural atmosphere as sharing opportunity factors;the nodes’knowledge foundation has a significant positive influence on their KS capabilities,indirectly has influence on their KS behaviors. The relevant management enlightenments are gained on the basis of the empirical results.
