法藏敦煌文书P.2942作者考辨

本文主要探讨了法藏敦煌文书P.2942的作者问题，指出该卷为判、牒、状文集抄，笔迹一致只能说明为一人所抄，但抄写者并不等于就是原作者，作者问题必须靠分析公文内容并结合当时河西西域地区的历史背景综合考虑来解决。本文认为该卷作者至少三人：少量判文的判案者为广德年间（763-764）任河西兼伊西北庭节度使的杨志烈；大部分判文则为于杨志烈被沙陀人杀害于甘州后代掌河西的杨休明所判；卷子后部所抄某些状牒的作者则时任观察副使、行军司马，有可能是杨休明于长泉遇害后接手残局，后来继任河西节度使的周鼎。%This paper discusses and identifies who were the authors of Dunhuang manuscript P. 2942, which is a collection of judicial writings, official documents, and written complaints. The manuscript was copied by one person but this does not mean that the author was the one who copied it. By comparing the contents of the manuscript with the historical background in the Hexi regions, this paper confirms that nearly 50 documents were written by at least 3 officials. One is Yang Zhilie, the military commander of Hexi, Yixi, and Beiting in the Guangde Era(763-764), who wrote a few judicial documents;another is Yang Xiuming, deputy commander of the Hexi regions after Yang Zhilie was killed in Ganzhou, who wrote most of the judicial documents;and the third is Zhou Ding, successor to Yang Xiuming after Yang was killed, who wrote some official documents and complaints.
