膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱内灌注化疗药物的临床护理对策分析

摘要

目的：探讨膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱内灌注化疗药物的临床护理措施及效果。方法：在2014年10月至2015年10月宜春市人民医院收治的膀胱肿瘤术后实施膀胱内灌注化疗的患者中随机抽取104例，将其按照随机数字表法分为实验组(综合护理)与对照组(常规护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果：干预前，两组患者焦虑评分对比，结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)；干预后，两组患者焦虑评分均明显降低，但实验组患者降低幅度优于对照组(P0.05); After intervention, anxiety scores were significantly lower in both of the two groups, but the experimental group improved more significant (P<0.05); After six months, the experimental group recurrence rate was 1.9% (1/52), which is significantly lower than the control group 15.4% (8/52),P<0.05); The experimental group and control group patients nursing satisfaction were 94.2% (49/52), 78.8% (41/52), respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion: postoperative bladder perfusion chemotherapy drugs after Bladder tumor surgery, supplemented with comprehensive care, can effectively improve the patients' anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the recurrence rate, thus it is worthy of in-depth research and extension.
