电力营销作业智能化监督管理方法及应用

         

摘要

Modern graphic technology and coordinate positioning technology are used to keep track of the key points in the on-spot electric marketing, using the fundamental business data of the“SG186”marketing business application system with effective interface with the system itself. A set of intelligent supervision system for the on-spot marketing operation is established to realize the closed-loop management for the omnibearing and overall process of the marketing business. The evaluation and supervision of the marketing quality is conducted from two aspects, namely the fundamental data of marketing and dynamic supervision of on-spot operation. The system has been applied in the on-spot electric power marketing operation, leading to substantial saving of manpower and time, improved work efficiency, enhanced management and effects.%  通过采用现代化的图像技术和GPS坐标定位技术,记录电力营销现场作业关键点,依托于“SG186”营销业务应用系统中的营业基础数据,并与之进行接口,建立一套营销业务现场作业智能化监督管理系统,实现营销业务的全方位、全过程闭环管理。从营销基础数据和现场作业动态监控两方面进行营销工作质量的考核监督。该系统的应用,节省了大量的人力和时间,提高了工作效率,取得了理想的效果,提高了管理水平。
