分布式电源应用若干问题探讨

         

摘要

为了更好地利用清洁能源,对分布式电源接入配电网后,对继电保护、配电自动化故障处理和电压质量的影响进行了分析,指出制约配电网对分布式电源消纳能力的关键是分布式电源接入后产生的电压偏差.论述了不需要借助通信手段的自由消纳方式和本地控制消纳方式,指出这2种方式的消纳能力都很强,在实际应用中优先级应高于借助通信手段的协调控制消纳方式.对分布式屋顶光伏发电和家庭太阳能热水器进行了对比分析,指出当前技术水平下,太阳能热水器可以等效为一个虚拟发电厂,对于节能减排具有更加积极的作用.%In order to promote the utilization of clear energy,this paper attempts to analyze the influences caused by integrating Distributed Generation(DG) into the distribution network on these aspects of relay protection, fault handing in distribution automation and voltage quality.The result demonstrates that voltage deviation created by integrating DG is the key to restrict the absorptive capacity of DG in the distribution network.Furthermore,this article fully discusses both self-running and local control absorptive modes of DG which do not rely on communication,and the absorptive capacity of these two modes is extraordinary.In practice,these two modes should be utilized prior to coordination control absorption based on communication.After the comparison between distributed building integrated photovoltaic systems and domestic solar water heater,it indicates that the domestic solar water heater is equivalent to a virtual power station under the present technical conditions,and has positive effects on the energy conservation and emission reduction.
