老年残疾人是我国社会中的双重弱势群体。本文运用深度访谈的方法，选择典型社区对老年残疾人进行调查，发现老年残疾人面临着经济贫困、照料缺乏、精神生活匮乏、社区参与度低等问题。专业社会工作可以运用个案工作、小组工作与社区工作等方法介入老年残疾人的个人、家庭与社区中，构建一套包括社会资源整合、社会支持网络构建、介入方法选择以及评估体系建立的老年残疾人介入模式，实现对老年残疾人的服务。%The elderly disabled is a dual vulnerable group in China. Through investigations, in which the authors used the deep interview method, and chose the typical community and rural area , it found out that the elderly disabled were confronted with plenty of problems, such as the economic poverty, lack of care, poor cultural life, insufficient recreation, and inadequate participation in community and so on. Professional social work can intervene into the elderly disabled people’s life from individual, family and community level, by method of case work, group work, and community work, etc. It can establish intervention model of the elderlydisabled which includes the integration of social resources, social support network construction, interventionalmethods and evaluation system.
