人道主义的延续性有其存在和发展的客观必然性，当人道主义与人本主义相结合，就给中国特色残疾人事业及其发展道路带来勃勃生机和活力。我们应坚持以马克思主义为指导，建设中国特色残疾人事业的学科体系、学术体系、话语体系。不论是中国特色残疾人事业，还是中国特色残疾人事业发展道路，无不打上时代特有的文化印记—“中国特色”。毛泽东在《矛盾论》中提出的“事物矛盾的问题的精髓”，即矛盾的共性和个性的辩证关系原理，为研究中国特色提供了理论基础。中国残疾人事业的根本性质、发展理念、研究原则和人权保障四个维度都体现了其“中国特色”。%This paper expounds the consistency of humanism forwarded by Chairman Pufang Deng of CDPF and elucidates that it has the objective inevitability in existence and development;that, by combining humanitarianism with humanism, China’s causes for the disabled will be more robust and energetic;that, the scholastic discipline, the academic system and the discourse system are to be built up under the guidance of Marxism. China’s Characteristic, a cultural mark of the times, is engraved with both the Chinese Disabled Cause and the development path for the Chinese Disabled Cause. In“On Contradiction”Chairman Zedong Mao put forth the dialectical relationship between generalities and particularities and this is the important theoretical basis for the establishment of the Chinese Disabled Cause and its correspondent development path. The paper concludes that the China’s characteristics are to be discussed from the perspectives of the nature, the development rationale, research principle and human rights guarantee.
