飞机蒙皮加工多采用拉形工艺,在生产实践中,经常在表面产生类似橘皮的表面缺陷,又称橘皮缺陷.蒙皮拉形中橘皮缺陷的形成与材料的微观不均匀性、变形织构以及相邻晶粒的相互作用有关,受到应变量、应变路径以及板料的晶粒尺寸、晶格结构、晶粒取向等多种因素的共同影响.针对橘皮缺陷的危害、形成机理、影响因素、工艺优化等方面进行总结,并对未来橘皮缺陷的研究方向进行展望.%The aircraft skin is usually produced by stretching process.In production practice, orange peel defect often appears on skin surface,which is called orange peel phenomenon. The formation of orange peel defects is related to the microcosmic inhomogeneity,texture and the interaction of neighboring grains,which are influenced by many factors,such as strain,strain path,grain size,lattice structure and grain orientation of the material.In this study,various aspects of orange peel defects,which includes disadvantage,formation mech-anism,influence factor,process optimization,etc.were summarized.Furthermore,re-search topics of orange peel phenomenon in the future were forecasted.
