高硬度高研磨地层高速钻探用PDC钻头研究

         

摘要

从大港滨海高硬度高研磨地层钻探中的多个PDC钻头的使用效果来看,机械钻速提高不明显,并且钻头磨损严重.本研究针对大港滨海区块下部地层特点,以岩石特性分析为基础,从冠部形状、刀翼设计、切削齿尺寸选择及后倾角设计、布齿设计和水力设计等方面进行改进,设计了新的PDC钻头.从滨海6井现场试验的使用情况来看,本次设计的M432 PDC钻头与相同区块同井段同尺寸使用的国产PDC钻头平均指标相比,单只平均进尺增加118%,钻速提高59%,且钻头磨损小,可继续使用.%Shallow oil and gas reservoirs getting exhausted continuously, exploring oil and gas in the deep stratum formation, which is hard and of complex geological structure, is of great importance. PDC bit as tool of rock breaking is the key for improving the drilling speed. It has been found that, when drilling in Dagang Binhai coast which is very hard and high abrasive stratum formation, the bits got worn seriously and the drilling speed was quite low. In this research, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the substratum, a new design of PDC bit was put forward. Improvements were made in respects of the crown, blade, teeth size, caster angle, teeth distribution, as well as the hydraulic parameters. Application results of the new bits in Binhai Well No. 6 indicated that, the average footage of a single bit was improved by 118% , the drilling speed increased by 59% , and the bit was only slightly worn.
