聚晶金刚石表面粗糙度灰色组合预测模型

         

摘要

Based on the features of electrical discharge grinding of diamond woodworking cutter, the gray Combination forecasting model of PCD's surface roughness based on the gray system theory was founded. The model is a reformative one of the multi-linearity regression. The model was lesled and verified through the orthogonal experiment of grinding parameters of PCD during electrical discharge grinding. The experimental results indicated that this model can well forecast the surface roughness of PCD, the maximum prediction error value was 8. 67% , thus can satisfy the production requirement.%基于金刚石木工刀具电火花磨削的特点,采用灰色系统理论建立了聚晶金刚石表面粗糙度灰色组合预测模型,该模型为多元线性回归模型的一种改进模型.通过聚晶金刚石电火花磨削工艺参数正交设计实验进行了验证,实验结果表明:该模型能够较好地预测出聚晶金刚石的表面粗糙度,预测最大误差为8.67%,能达到工程实际要求.
