The effects of the fillers on the performance of resin diamond abrasives were studied using orthogonal experiment, measuring the mechanical property and grinding performance of sample. Experimental results show that, under the condition that the contents of diamond,polyimide, chromium oxide is determined,when the volume fraction of silicon carbide powder is 30%,the volume fraction of alloy powder is 4%,and the volume fraction of cryolite is 4%,the grinding ratio of resin diamond abrasives reachs 2.286,which has good grinding performance and good mechanical property with high sharpness and wear resistance.%采用正交实验法,通过测定树脂金刚石磨具试样的力学性能及磨削性能,研究了不同填料对树脂金刚石磨具使用性能的影响。实验结果表明:在金刚石、聚酰亚胺、氧化铬等组分确定的前提下,当碳化硅微粉体积分数30%,合金粉体积分数4%,冰晶石体积分数4%时,树脂金刚石磨具的磨削比较高,达到2.286,锋利性和耐磨性较好,具有良好的使用性能。
