Objective To probe into the influence of continuous nursing care on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 95 patients with diabetes mellitus and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January, 2015 to January, 2016 were selected,and according to the random number method were divided into two groups. In the control group,they were treated with the conventional discharge guidance while in the observation group,they were underwent continuous nursing care after discharge. Then ,the quality of life of the two groups of patients before and af-ter treatment were analyzed by the quality of life measurement table (SF-36). Results The treatment compliance rate of pa-tients in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 92.5%, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). The SF-36 score after nursing of two groups of patients was significantly higher than before nursing, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing care can significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with diabetes, and can help patients to improve clinical symptoms, thus it is worth to be pro-moted.%目的：探讨连续性护理对糖尿病出院患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择该院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的95例糖尿病患者，按照随机数字法将其分为两组。对照组患者进行常规出院指导，观察组患者出院后行连续性护理。观察两组患者治疗依从性，采用生活质量测定量表简表(SF-36)对两组患者治疗前后生活质量改善情况展开分析。结果观察组患者治疗依从率100%显著高于对照组92.5%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者护理后SF-36评分显著高于护理前，且观察组患者显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论连续性护理能显著提高糖尿病出院患者的治疗依从性和生活质量，且能帮助患者改善临床症状，值得推广。
