基于用户感知及行为分析的LTE无线网络规划方法探讨

The big operators in the world begin to deploy LTE network with the gradual maturity of LTE technology. In order to realize the accurate planning to improve resource configuration efficiency, on researching main stream LTE network planning consider-ation in the world, it presents the planning methods based on 3G user perception and behavior analysis. That is beginning with the aspects on user perception:data service guaranteed speed, user feature, terminal capability and key network performance, to create evaluation model to form the multidimensional integrated evaluation method. Based on the above, it gives proposals on LTE wireless network deployment.%随着LTE技术的逐渐成熟，全球各大电信运营商开始了LTE网络的部署。为实现LTE网络的精准规划，提高资源配置效率，在研究国内外主流LTE网络规划思路的基础上，提出了基于3G用户感知和行为要素分析的规划方法：即从数据业务保障速率、用户特征属性、终端能力、网络关键性能等与用户体验直接相关的几个方面入手，建立评价模型，形成了价值区域的多维度综合评价方法，并据此建议了LTE无线网络部署策略。
