从某机房能耗评估浅谈如何有效降低在用机房PUE值

由于上海移动某接入机房PUE值达到了2.94，引起了集团公司的关注。通过对该机房的深入研究，拆除机房内部隔断、增加空调联动控制以及优化送风气流组织等方式，有效降低了机房空调多余能耗15%以上，为在用老机房改造提供了一些思路；此外还介绍了一些上海移动正在使用的新技术，如雾化喷淋、精确送风以及行级制冷等，经试点都是合理有效地降低在用机房空调运行能耗以及PUE的手段。%One Shanghai mobile access room’s PUE value reached 2.94, caused the attention of group company. Based on the study of the room, by removing room internal partition, increasing air conditioning linkage control and optimizing the air flow organization mode, the unnecessary energy consumption of air conditioning system is reduced above 15%. In addition, it introduces some new technology used by Shanghai mobile, such as the atomization spray, precise air supply and row level refrigeration, which is reasonable and effective for reconstruction in reducing energy consumption with air conditioning system and PUE method.
