重庆公租房保障人群居住现状及生活模式调查研究

摘要

The insurance coverage of public rental housing of Chongqing is very broad, and the groups in insurance coverage are very diverse and complex. Residential sociological theory indicates that different groups in the settlements have different lifestyle and housing needs, house design should be possessed of "foreseeability", fully integrate with dwellers' live features and give due consideration to their future needs. In this paper, the author make a field survey on the main safeguard multitude of public rental housing in Chongqing, and analyze their residential situation and lifestyle to lay the foundation in reality for house design of public rental housing in Chongqing.%重庆公租房的保障范围非常广泛，涉及的人群较为多样和复杂。住宅社会学理论认为，在住区中的不同群体有不同的生活方式和居住需求，住宅设计应当充分结合居民的生活居住特征，并适当考虑其未来需求，设置“提前量”。本文针对重庆公租房主要保障群体进行调查研究，分析保障群体的居住现状及生活模式，为重庆公租房设计策略的提出奠定现实基础。
