调查发现，当前参与式方法在农村教师培训中的应用和推广是比较成功的，能够有效调动参训教师的积极性和参与性，对预期培训目标的实现具有重要的保障作用。但同时也看到，参与式教学在实际应用和操作中仍存在诸如培训偏向形式、实效性不高；培训内容偏多，理论层次不够；培训可持续性偏低，后续监测机制不完善等问题，需要不断反思和完善。%The survey indicates that the participatory approach in rural teacher training has gain success, which can effectively iniciate the energy of participators and guarantee the realization of training objectives. At the same time , there exist some deficiencies in participatory approach, such as formalism in training, low effectiveness, more contents , low level of theory, discontinuity and imperfection of monitoring system, which requies constant reflection and perfection.
